Urethane Foam Grout Instructions

01		Drill	Use a twist drill (10Ø) to drill holes at an interval of less than 20cm. At a depth of 6~10cm, drill at a 45 degree ngle along the side of the crack.
02		Insert Packer	Remove dust from the drilled holes and insert packers. Leave about 2cm from the injection site to easily remove packers at the end.
03		Tighten Packer	Use a T handle (10Ø) to tighten packers to firmly position the packers and to prevent the grout from leaking.
04		Urethane Foam Grout	Fill two-thirds of the injection pump with urethane foam grout and close the lid.
05		Begin Injection	Begin injection- Since the packers are installed at intervals less than 20cm, begin from one end to the other. Move from bottom to top for vertical cracks and from end points to the middle for horizontal cracks.
06		When Injecting	When injecting, start with a low pressure and inject until 10cm leaks out from both sides of the packer. Do not inject too much at once and insert the next packer before more injections.
07		Remove Packer	Use a hammer to hit the injection site of the packer to separate it from the wall. Since the packer is able to prevent reverse current flow, the urethane grout in the cracks will not leak out even with the removed packer
08		Cleaning	Use a urethane thinner followed by cleaning oil if you do not plan to use it again for a long time. Use only cleaning oil if you will be using it within a few days. Fill one-third of the injection pump for cleaning. You may use engine oil instead of cleaning oil.
